In the embrace of Shikoku, Japan, Dogo Onsen, a hot spring flowing with history and art, quietly awaits the arrival of every traveler. In the corner of this ancient land, a hot spring inn named CHAHARU Dogoyumekura, with its only seven rooms, tells the ultimate privacy and luxury. Our group of seven people had the privilege of staying in it and experienced the elegance of Zhu'an, Feng'an, Hua'an and Bieti Ruyi. Each room is carefully crafted by the artist of Tobe ware, and each decoration contains a unique story, as if it is a mark of time. "Bieti Ruyi", my private world, the clever fusion of Japanese and Western rooms, the surprise of the attic, and the open-air private soup, make people intoxicated. When bathing, in front of my eyes is the simple figure of the Dogo Onsen Benkan. At that moment, the harmonious coexistence of history and nature makes people feel like they are in a different world. However, the most unforgettable thing is the banquet cuisine of CHAHARU Dogoyumekura. Every dish is like a work of art. The chef cleverly uses Ehime's specialty and seasoning, a double feast of vision and taste, making every moment of this trip full of surprises and touches.
