I was finally able to visit Matsushima, one of the Three Views of Japan, famous for the haiku "Matsushima ya aa Matsushima ya Matsushima ya" by Matsuo Basho. It's been about 20 years since I first learned about the haiku. Now I can conquer the Three Views of Japan 😁 [Business hours] Matsushima Ferry 09:00-16:00 Zuiganji Temple 08:30-15:30 [Recommended points] The ferry is a rather monotonous sight, so I personally prefer the view of Matsushima from the land 🤣 I recommend the oyster shop on the left as soon as you leave the station, as both the raw and grilled oysters are very juicy and delicious ☺ #tourism #solotravel #matsushima #matsushimatourism
