#Travelwithme Kinyukan is a small hot spring inn with only nine rooms, located in the countryside at the foot of the Utsukushigahara Plateau. The three-story wooden inn, built in the early Showa period, was renovated with the intention of preserving it for another 100 years. The interior is simple and elegant, and you can feel the accumulation of time in the space that has preserved its history and the beauty of a traditional inn everywhere. The guest room, Mishiro, located above the dining room, which is the face of the inn, has a cute peppermint-colored light at the entrance to the room. The large window in the room overlooks the mountains of Utsukushigahara, and you can also see the sunset. The two chairs are low in height, but the angle of the back is said to be comfortable for using smartphones. They liked it so much that they wanted to call it a smartphone chair, and sat in it in the evenings and mornings. It may be very cold in winter, but when we checked in the evening, it was warm enough that we didn't need heating. The room's direction may have been good. The tea set made using Masashi Ito's shaker box was cool, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use for three adults.
