This is our second day in Aba, Sichuan. We started our journey to explore Maoxian and Songpan. Today, we will visit rural areas and scenic spots. China Ancient Qiang City - Maowen Qiang Autonomous County - Songpan Maiji Village - Muni Valley - Songpan Ancient City - Ancestral House Inn. China Ancient Qiang City: China Ancient Qiang City is mainly composed of 12 major landscapes, attractions, and characteristic buildings, including the China Qiang Nationality Museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Training Center, the Qiang Culture Square, the Qiang King Official Village, the Qiang Culture Theme Hotel, the Performing Arts Center, and the Sarang Square. The gate of China Ancient Qiang City is currently the tallest gate in China. The gate is more than 20 meters high and is magnificent. Maowen Qiang Autonomous County: Xinmo Village, Diexi Town. With the goal of restoring the historical connotation of "Silkworm Culture" and "Ancient Qiang Culture", the original "Silkworm Culture" and "Ancient Qiang Culture" charm of Diexi are more intuitively displayed in the reconstruction. Songpan Maiji Village: A small village relocated from the high mountainside. The village is located by the mountains and rivers, with lush vegetation, beautiful geographical environment, and strong folk customs. It is a unique Qiang village. Muni Valley: It is a comprehensive scenic spot integrating large-scale calcified waterfalls, pot-hole lakes, plateau karst lakes, karst colorful pool groups, calcified karst caves, karst sinkholes, wells, canyons, forests, meadows, hot springs, and mineral water. The Muni scenic area is divided into two attractions, Zhaga Waterfall and Erdaohai. Songpan Ancient City: Songpan Ancient City is divided into two cities, the inner and outer cities. The inner city spans the Chongshan Mountain and is slightly triangular along the mountain. Songpan is named after the historical Songzhou and Panzhou. The current Songpan Ancient City is actually the ancient city of Songzhou, with historical allusions to Songzan Ganbu. The beautiful scenery in the city is one of the prototypes of the filming location of the movie "Chang'an Thirty Thousand Miles". Ancestral House Inn: Songpan has a 200-year-old ancient building, which was inherited from the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It has now developed into a diversified tourism inn integrating food, accommodation, tourism, and leisure.
