Noteworthy Staff: • Liezel at the club lounge was warm and professional， promptly recognizing my Accor Plus Platinum status， establishing a premium experience. • Dexter， the spa masseuse， was outstanding—the massage， along with the steam sauna， was a highlight. • Mae， the café barista， added charm and personality to every coffee moment， always attentive. Room & Atmosphere: I received an upgrade to an Executive Room where the design rooted in Filipino culture was authentic and elegant， surpassing hotels like Feliz Boracay. Dining Experience: • The buffet offerings for dinner and breakfast were top-notch， featuring flavorful and well-curated options， consistently excellent in both presentation and taste， easily explaining its Michelin recommendation. • Generous portions at the rooftop dining came at reasonable prices， with every dish perfectly on point. • The club lounge food was good， though improving the layout with more intimate seating could enhance the environment for business travelers. • The in-room TWG tea and espresso machine were nice touches， as were the welcome cake and fruit.
