Makchang restaurant review in Cebu

#SummerIwaSummer I went to Hwangso Makchang Makchang restaurant in Cebu City because people around me recommended it as delicious. I liked the fact that it was grilled over charcoal. But it seems like they use frozen ones. And overall, the portions are small.. The makchang wasn't chewy and just felt mushyㅠ The tripe was better than the makchang, and the duck meat I ordered later was tastier...sob..
