Poolside Bar Kita, Bai!

Two days since I arrived in Cebu for a last minute business trip scheduled to last for a little more than a week, I was a somehow relieved knowing Friday finally came. I finally found some spare time to squeeze the tight scheduleand the rigid agenda of things to do, to finally step out of that mindset and allow myself a proper leisurely time to experience the hotel I am staying at for the duration of my stay here. Address - Bai Hotel Cebu Ouano Ave, corner C.D.Seno, Mandaue City, 6014 Cebu Ambiance/Facilities - I am staying at Bai Hotel, a 3 star hotel in Mandaue City in Cebu. For its facilities and ameneties, I think the hotel could be more. First, the sheer size of the hotel is almost comparable to other 5 star rated hotels. They also have more than enough offerings, such as 5 in-house restaurants, which includes a special charcuterie bar and for the price tag at the menu, it is definitely not mid-range, but I think is fair. Though the food and dining options might hit a bit heavy on the pocket, I think the rooms are very reasonably priced which allowed me to spare a few buck to try their Lobby Lounge and Poolside Bar and restaurants. Highlights -Anyway, I think Bai Hotel's Poolside Bar located at the 21st floor is the highlight of my me-time Friday. I first learned about the Poolside Bar when I checked in as I had to know the designated smoking area. I was given the option to go by the hotel's drop off area with people hanging around, or the Poolside Bar, which is an open air Bar and Restaurant by the Poolside location high up at the hotel's 21st floor. I chose that option, for obvious reasons. I remembered the pool being nice an offers a panoramic view of Cebu city lights. Pool side also has ample sitting area if you prefer just to catch some fresh breeze and not get wet. Most importantly, access is controlled and place is more private. It allowed me to have proper appreciation of the little time I spend for myself to be spent for and with my self. Avg. Price per Person - 6,000 Pesos Rating - 4.8 / 5.0 #resortstyle
