Khao Banchop Temple

Wat Khao Banchop, Chanthaburi Province It is a secret temple in the middle of a lush natural forest. There is an ancient wooden chapel with carved wooden pillars in Thai patterns, intricately lacquered and gilded. Inside is the principal Buddha image, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Not far from the chapel, you will find the Gate of Heaven, which is a path for monks to go on alms round.
