#getgoing2025 My husband and I visited Mendokoro Ramenba Makati for dinner on a weekend night, and the place was buzzing with energy! It had a lively, upbeat atmosphere, which made for a great dining experience. The restaurant’s vibe was warm and welcoming, with a cool, modern twist to its design. We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen in both salt and soy sauce flavors, and they were absolutely fantastic. The rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles left us craving more. In fact, it was so good that we came back a few days later to try even more! This time, we ordered the seafood ramen, mazemen (dry noodles), and gyoza. Every single dish was delicious—the seafood ramen was flavorful, the mazemen had a nice mix of textures, and the gyoza was crispy and tasty. Now I totally understand why this place is so popular!!!
