Are the Grand Canyon and Suosong Village worth visiting?

Seasonally speaking, in early to mid-April, you can see the blooming peach blossoms in Suosong Village, which is over 2,900 meters above sea level. With the distant view of the 5,000-meter-high Nanga Parbat, it is a world-class beauty that is definitely worth visiting. These photos were taken by me every spring since 2014. In autumn, late October to November, Nanga Parbat is more likely to be visible, and the starry sky and moonrise are excellent scenes, making it very worth visiting. The prerequisite is that it is best to stay for more than two days, because Nyingchi is often cloudy and foggy, and it takes two days to encounter a sunny day, a sunrise, and a sunset over the golden mountains. However, because there are only twenty or so indigenous households in Suosong Village, and the homestead is limited, accommodation resources are very scarce. From the extremely poor accommodation environment of CNY 100/person in 2013, it has developed to the point where a room costs CNY 1,000–2,000 or even more per night during the peak season, and some even cost CNY 6,000–7,000/room/day. Like other scenic spots in the world, the most important thing to enjoy the world-class spring scenery of Suosong Village is money. If you don't have a budget of about CNY 3,000/person/day, you will suffer a lot. Some Nyingchi three-day tours charge you a total of CNY 1,200 for three days, which is actually less than half of the cost of transportation + accommodation + tickets. The purpose is to take you to as many shopping stores as possible in one day, and even the toilets are a scam. Under the guise of poverty alleviation, they bet that you will buy Tibetan silver, maca, fritillary, and other Tibetan medicines in order to extract high commissions exceeding 50%. A friend bought a Tibetan silver belt and a water cup for more than CNY 6,000. If you just don't buy it, you will eat pig food and live in dirty and messy rooms. Instead, spend a little more money and stay in Suosong Village for one or even two nights.
