Morning Calm at Ban Rak Thai

#summervacay Set in the hills near the Thailand–Myanmar border, Ban Rak Thai is a quiet little village surrounded by tea fields and mountains. We arrived early and saw the lake covered in soft morning mist it was peaceful and almost magical. We sipped warm Yunnan tea at a small café by the water and walked through rows of tea plants with cool mountain air all around. The houses, the food, and the calm vibe made it feel like a step back in time. If you want quiet mornings, great tea, and mountain views, Ban Rak Thai is a lovely escape.
