Whether you are a first-time visitor to Macau, or a veteran who comes specifically for food and entertainment, you can use this route to enjoy authentic taste + exciting performances, and feel the super rich and convenient side of Macau! 🦄 Highlights of the itinerary 嗱嗱嗱嗱～ - Practical hotel selection: Golden Dragon Hotel is superior location and high CP value - Classic Old Street New Tour: Jinbi Plaza & New Road, eat, drink and play to stroll - Must-try dessert: street coconut ice cream, sweet and refreshing super refreshing - The finale of the Water Dance Room show opened my eyes - Celebrity food check-in: Fisherman's Wharf semi-buffet + emerging Cafe + Wong Chi Kee classic old shop, from morning to night! —— Day 1|Old Town Walkthrough + Entertainment Visual Shock First stop: Jinbi Plaza (💡Suitable for morning or afternoon, small shops in the neighborhood, local and comfortable atmosphere) The new road and Jinbi Plaza run through the entire old city, making it the best starting point for a small trip to Macau. These two streets are not only convenient for shopping, but also have many Macau specialty snacks to enjoy slowly; if you want to buy snack souvenirs, you can go deep into the alleys and slowly hunt for treasures. Coconut ice cream is a must try! (Available at several street food stalls near the new road) I highly recommend a ball of coconut ice cream when it's hot Top recommendation: "City of Dreams" show (📍Inside City of Dreams, generally recommended to purchase tickets in advance, performance about 1.5 hours) The exquisite stage design + the world's top water stunts, the visual senses are completely explosive, it is a must-see entertainment masterpiece in Macau. After the performance, return to the Golden Dragon Hotel by hotel pickup or hail, convenient and safe (small tips at the end of the evening show). —— Day 2|Slow trip to the harbor, coffee time, classic noodles and departure Stop 1: Fisherman's Wharf (📍New Port Lot on Friendship Avenue, Macau) The Fisherman's Wharf in the morning is quiet and leisurely, suitable for taking pictures and checking in. There are relatively few people and you can overlook the harbor view. Note that the semi-buffets in this area are very famous, they are cost-effective and you won’t be afraid of being wronged. Recommended lunch: “Albergue 1601” or “Lee Au Buffet”, book in advance for peace of mind. Coffee Break: "Goat Baker" & specialty cafe (many concentrated near Taipa/New Road, must-visit for hipsters) Goat Baker can try freshly baked bread, hand-brewed coffee aroma overflowing. Must-try old restaurant in Macau: "Wong Chi Kee Congee and Noodles" (📍Near the grounds in front of the New Ma Road Council Pavilion, 9:00-22:00) At the end, you must have Wong Chi Kee wonton noodles or boat congee. The soup is sweet and the noodles are smooth and tough. It is the "flavor bank" of locals. Once you eat it, you will know the authenticity! —— 🍴Tips revealed: - Near the Golden Dragon Hotel, it is very convenient to walk to Jinbi Plaza and New Road. - Water Dance Room is generally recommended to book tickets at least a week in advance, the more exciting the middle of the seat. - Some restaurants around Fisherman's Wharf close earlier, please note opening hours. - It is recommended to bring a mobile power supply for your Macau trip.
