Fire Services Museum in Macau

The Fire Services Museum in Macau was converted from the Fire Services Bureau building, which was constructed in 1920. The building, with its Southern European architectural style, has a history of nearly a century. The museum features two exhibition halls, covering an area of approximately 350 square meters and displaying over 500 exhibits. The main exhibition hall showcases ancient hand-operated water pumps made in China and the UK, British-made fire engines, historical documents of the Fire Services Bureau, photographs, flags, emblems, medals, and badges from various years, as well as a model of the Fire Services Bureau building. The inner exhibition hall displays maps marking the locations of past fire stations, various fire helmets and water boots, traditional Chinese hose pens, wooden well plaques, hook ladders, fire hydrants, breathing apparatuses used in the past, and models and pictures of various rescue vehicles.
