Spring Outing Route: A Must-Visit to Macau's Monte Fort Garden.

Monte Fort was built in 1617, located on a small hill 52 meters above sea level in the central part of the Macau Peninsula, next to the Ruins of St. Paul's and above the Macau Museum. The fort features a large open space with lush green grass, towering ancient trees, and thriving growth; alongside it, massive steel cannons stand imposingly. The best part is the panoramic view of the Macau Peninsula, where one can overlook the bustling hotels and entertainment performances, as well as the crowded streets and small shops. Around each embrasure, a giant bronze cannon is displayed. Today, these ancient cannons have long lost their defensive function and have become a historical landscape, also a popular spot for taking photos.
