#5月好去处2025 📸 1. Cycling on the coastal highway, I met the sea view corner that belongs to me 🛵💙 As soon as I got on the motorcycle, I headed straight for the ring road. This section of the turn by the sea is the famous scene of Green Island in my mind. The sky is super blue, the sea is like spilled watercolor, and the wind is strong enough to blow away the pressure directly. At that moment, I really felt that the troubles, to-do items, and message notifications in the city have nothing to do with me. If you come to Green Island, it would be a pity to only line up for snorkeling or hot springs. You can stop anywhere along the road and take endless photos of the coast and sky. ⸻ 🌅 2. Green Island in the evening, the most moving scenery is hidden in the sunset Before sunset, I rode around the island casually without checking the location, and I met this golden sunset. The sea surface was shining with golden light, and even the outline of the mountain became soft. There were not many people at that time, only us sitting on the motorcycle, watching the sunset slowly sink, my heart suddenly felt very calm. This moment of "being healed naturally without trying hard" is my favorite moment in my travels. ⸻ 🍣 3. Dinner at a local shop, sashimi and mayonnaise fish roe are simple but satisfying After riding on Green Island all day, I decided to find a local snack to reward myself. I walked into a simple little shop and ordered two dishes that attracted me the most: sashimi and fish roe with mayonnaise. The sashimi is fresh and sweet, and it is elastic when bitten, and there is no fishy smell at all. The fish roe is paired with rich mayonnaise. It tastes salty and fragrant when bitten. It is very enjoyable to eat. Although it is simple, it is the kind of taste that makes people remember during the journey. Although this meal is not gorgeously decorated and has no queues, it has a sense of reality and healing power of "this is Green Island". You don't have to eat and drink a lot. This perfect dinner, coupled with a perfect journey, just made me fall in love with Green Island. 📍Transportation: It takes about 50 minutes to get here by boat from Fugang, Taitung. It is recommended to book tickets early. It is most convenient to rent a motorcycle on the island. There are also many snacks and homestays to choose from. The itinerary can be very relaxed and free! ⚠️Note 1. Bring sunscreen, hats, and mobile phone holders. The sun on Green Island is super strong. 2. There are many places to rent a car.
