A leisurely day trip to Luang Prabang, Laos

My day in Laos was perfectly planned. This was my second time in Laos, and I love the relaxed atmosphere here – this is the right way to experience a Southeast Asian vacation! 🌊Morning: Immersive Water Fun at Kuan Si Waterfall We booked a tuk-tuk with the hotel a day in advance, and the driver arrived on time in the morning. The journey took about 40 minutes, so please allow plenty of time. This time it was the rainy season, so the water was a bit murky. Last time I was here, the Tiffany blue water was absolutely stunning! 😁😁 Walking barefoot in the shallows was incredibly refreshing. Remember to wear non-slip shoes and a swimsuit, as the mountain path can be a bit slippery. 🍛Lunch: The Basil Rice (pictured in picture 11) was divine! A super popular local shop, I highly recommend the pork basil rice! The minced pork is infused with the aroma of basil. Order a few fried spring rolls and green papaya salad, and you'll be stuffed for just over 30 RMB per person – amazing value! ☕Afternoon: Dao Coffee A local Lao coffee brand, and it's incredibly delicious! A must-try when visiting Laos! It's also quite close to the night market, making it great for taking photos! 🏨Check-in: Noah Resort Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Choosing the right hotel really enhances your happiness! The hotel is huge, with lush greenery and a beautiful outdoor pool—perfect for a relaxing swim in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean, and most importantly, it's super close to the night market! The front desk can help you call a tuk-tuk, and the service is very attentive. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel. After a long day of shopping, a relaxing bath and a good night's sleep are perfect.
