A cozy and laidback stay

The hotel was a midscale property which was a bit away from the main town but that was a good thing as it was much more quiet and serene. There's a very nice enclosed garden which adds to the serenity. If i recall correctly it used to be one of the king's residences. The rooms themselves are basic and actually quite dark, but you can definitely open the windows for fresh air and light. Just make sure you close them at night as bugs will fly in. The bathrooms are a bit in need of an update but nothing horrendous. There's also a breakfast buffet available and it was quite alright; I really enjoyed the fresh fruits and eggs cooked to order. You also get a glimpse of the river which I really enjoyed! Staff were competent, very eager to help with requests and always polite and friendly. Also there's a free shuttle pickup service from the airport which I found absolutely amazing. #resort #hotel #relax #laos #luangprabang #hôtel
