Last time, I met up with friends for a meal in east London, and Galaxy’s new dishes truly amazed me! Pork soup：A huge portion! The broth was thick and rich, leaving a slight stickiness on the lips—such an authentic taste! The meat was braised to perfection, melting in the mouth. Tomato Grilled Fish: I didn’t expect such a big fish! It was grilled just right and came with a variety of side ingredients like enoki mushrooms and lotus root slices. The tomato-based broth was incredibly flavorful—absolutely delicious! Garlic Water Spinach: Stir-fried just right, keeping a nice crunchy texture. Signature Fried Rice: A generous portion, pairing perfectly with the grilled fish. Mixing it with the pork trotter soup was a next-level experience! This place is also a great KTV spot—you can sing and eat at the same time.
