The Ten Bells

There are some pubs which, whenever I see them, are always packed out. The Ten Bells in Spitalfields is one of them. That's probably because it's a quality pub with a large range of pints, some very impressive tilework and its location opposite the market. On a rare morning visit to the area (drinking starts early when @spencerdjames is in town) I got there at a quiet time and actually managed to take in the detail of the pub. Two windows are plate glass and provide a fine spot to people watch. And the show is worthwhile: fashions, general excitement and a melting pot of people.
