Bread & Butter The bread is slightly firm, but it pairs wonderfully with the rich butter! Red Mullet The fish itself has a slight brininess, but the beans at the base have a tangy flavor that balances it out nicely. Chicken with Vinegar Sauce The chicken is excellent, with a crispy skin and tender, non-greasy meat. The small potatoes on the side have a slightly crispy texture that complements the dish well. Wagyu-Angus Hanger Steak The steak is very tender, with the sauce completely masking any gaminess. The fries are perfectly crispy and well-fried, served with a slightly sweet dipping sauce. Grilled Cornish Gill Netted Monkfish We ordered the monkfish cooked medium rare. The exterior has a delightful charred aroma mixed with a hint of saltiness, offering a crunchy yet savory taste. The fish itself is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. The sauce underneath absorbs the sweetness of onions and the creaminess of butter, making it absolutely irresistible! Almond and Napoleon Cherry Tart with Hazelnut Gelato The almond tart paired with hazelnut gelato is superb! The gelato is neither overly sweet nor cloying—absolutely delightful! Hokkaido Potato This is their signature dessert, with a perfectly flaky pastry shell paired with lightly sweetened cream and sake ice cream.
