Staying at Hantian Resort is the only way to truly appreciate the beauty of Tianmu Lake

I had long heard about the Hantian Resort Hotel in Tianmu Lake, Liyang, Jiangsu, and finally had the chance to stay there. The beauty of Tianmu Lake is largely found in Hantian. Speaking of Hantian Resort, it is not just a single hotel but a cluster of hotels, occupying a unique corner of Tianmu Lake. Its unique location offers views and scenery that ordinary tourists cannot access. This time, I stayed in the main building of Hantian Resort. The guest rooms on the 8th floor have recently been upgraded, introducing luxurious AI deep sleep rooms for a better sleep experience, which is definitely worth a try. The eighth floor is the highest floor for guest rooms, offering excellent views with Tianmu Lake right outside the window. The room is equipped with a bathtub, giving a strong vacation vibe, and you can even see Tianmu Lake from the bathtub. Hantian's hot springs have always been one of its most distinctive experiences. The hot springs are ideally located on a hillside by Tianmu Lake, facing the lake directly. Each hot spring pool has its own unique features. Would you like to experience such a hot pot hot spring? Each pool is unique, with different views and effects, and there are even various medicinal hot springs for health benefits, not to mention the essential fish therapy pools. On a hot summer day, the coolness brought by the infinity pool is hard to resist. The pool is almost connected to Tianmu Lake, with boats on the lake within reach. Enjoying an afternoon tea by the pool is truly delightful. Speaking of vacations, food cannot be ignored. At Hantian Resort, there are many dining options, and choosing a restaurant can be a bit of a dilemma. Fisherman's Wharf is one of my favorites, focusing on lake seafood and local specialties. The restaurant's decor is very Chinese, with a touch of classical garden style. Especially in the evening, when the red lanterns are lit, the classical atmosphere becomes even stronger. Local farmhouse dishes, as well as Liyang's Zagan and Wumi rice, are some of the restaurant's specialties. On the ninth and tenth floors of the main building of Hantian Resort, there is the Tianmu Yuting Chinese Restaurant. This restaurant offers unbeatable views, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tianmu Lake. There are private rooms of various sizes. The view from the main hall is also excellent, making it a perfect lakeside restaurant. The dishes we tried this time were also very unique. The crispy pork belly wrapped in pancakes and the pot rice with mixed fish left a deep impression. If you want to experience elegant and romantic French cuisine, don't miss the French teppanyaki restaurant. The restaurant is hidden in a tea garden in the mountains. It has several private rooms, and the chef cooks in front of the guests, creating a full sense of ceremony. Even before tasting, the aroma of the ingredients has already captured your appetite.
