A place to relax your eyes, mind, and body: Longtan Park in Liuzhou, Guangxi.

Longtan Park was the place I wanted to visit most during my trip to Liuzhou. After getting off the train and putting down my luggage, I went straight to the park. The weather was sunny and the temperature was comfortable. It was the weekend, and Longtan Park was bustling with people. Not only were there tourists from other places, but many Liuzhou locals also came here to relax. I saw them sitting on the ground under the trees, enjoying the gentle breeze and the natural beauty of the mountains and rivers. What a wonderful experience! I followed the crowd and felt the uniqueness of the park as I walked. There were mountains, water, tropical plants, ethnic customs, karst landforms, famous historical sites, and Paleolithic human sites. I followed the map to Dalongtan, Mirror Lake, and Yangshishan, and admired the calligraphy of Liu Zongyuan, the governor of Liuzhou, on the Leitang Pray for Rain Stele, the Wind and Rain Bridge, and the Twenty-Four Peaks. What attracted me most in Longtan Park were the brightly blooming bougainvillea, the tall and straight coconut trees, the mirror-like lake, and the happy fish swimming in the water. The southern scenery intoxicated me and made me happy. Gradually, I slowed down, closed my eyes, and smelled the fresh air. A wonderful feeling arose spontaneously! National 4A-level tourist attraction. Opening hours: 6:30 am to 10 pm.
