Lisbon city break 🗺️

#traveldiaries Just got back from an amazing city break in Lisbon, and it completely exceeded my expectations! 🥰 This city has such a cool vibe with its mix of old-world charm and modern energy. I spent hours wandering through the narrow streets of Alfama, stumbling upon hidden cafes and listening to Fado music drifting from open windows 🎶. One of the highlights was taking Tram 28 (€3), which rattles through the historic neighborhoods – it's a bit touristy but totally worth it for the views and experience. I also visited the Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery; both are stunning and steeped in history. The combo ticket for both sites was €12, which felt like a good deal. The Pasteis de Belém is nearby, so of course, I had to try the famous custard tarts, and they did not disappoint! 🥮 The city’s nightlife was fantastic too, especially in the Bairro Alto area where bars and clubs spill out onto the streets.
