The glass sea on Fenjiezhou Island is definitely worth a visit. Read this guide before you set off! How to get to the island: By high-speed rail: 1. From Sanya: Take the high-speed train from Sanya Station to Lingshui, which takes about 27 minutes. 2. From Haikou: Take the high-speed train from Haikou Meilan Station to Lingshui, which takes a little over an hour. After arriving at Lingshui Station, take a taxi to the Fenjiezhou Island Visitor Center, buy your boat ticket, and take a boat ride of about 15 minutes to reach the island. Check-in: After arriving on the island, you can check in at the Fenjiezhou Island Sea Fishing Club. The room I stayed in was Linhai Pavilion A7101, with an unbeatable 270-degree sea view. The balcony outside the room is an excellent fishing spot, and we even rented fishing rods on the island. Spend a relaxing night on the island: Once your accommodation is arranged, you can start your one-day and one-night free trip on the island! After visitors leave in the evening, you will enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the island, coconut groves, beaches, and waves. You can also enjoy a stunning blue hour from the room balcony. Share the island tour route: 1. Moonlight Ancient Castle: Near the visitor center, you will see the words "Fenjiezhou Island." Walk left, and there will be signs along the way. After passing the Rainbow Road, you will reach the beautiful Ancient Roman Square. From the square, you can also see the distant coastline and cliffside sea views. 2. Feeding the Manta Rays: Suitable for families with children, located on the beach between the shuttle bus departure point and the first stop. After playing, you can take the bus or get off at Dadongtian and walk back to find this spot. 3. Dadongtian Stop: Here you can get close to the sea; the crystal-clear jelly-like sea is stunning! There is also a coconut grove road and white sandy beach full of island resort vibes. The hot air balloon, white church, and Fenjie Book House are all here. 4. Wind-moving Rock Stop: The popular sea wooden house is here, but now you cannot enter for photos; you must stay at the hotel to do so. The famous Decision Valley is also nearby. 5. Huanxi Hall Stop: After arriving, you need to walk a mountain path for about 2-3 minutes to see the breathtaking coastline. Enjoy food on the island: Not far from the club, there are many food spots, including burger and fried chicken shops, noodle and dumpling restaurants, beverage and coffee shops, as well as some offering local specialty dishes or fried rice and vegetables. There is even a supermarket where you can buy daily necessities and snacks. Travel Tips: 1. If you arrive early on the island but the hotel is not yet open for check-in, you can store your luggage in the lobby first. 2. Be sure to visit on a sunny day to enjoy the stunning glass sea. 3. Strong UV rays require proper sun protection.
