Hainan Island Liberation Landing Site - Lingao Cape

Lingao Cape is located in the north of Changdao Lanwan, Linchang Road, Licheng Town, Lingao County, Hainan Province, 11 km south of Lingao County. Lingao Cape is one of the eight scenic spots in Lingao and one of the eight capes in Hainan. It is located to the north of Beibu Gulf, facing Leizhou Peninsula across the sea. The nearby beach is one of the main landing sites of the People's Liberation Army during the Hainan Island Liberation Campaign. The "Monument of Hot Blood" standing on the beach bears witness to this glorious history.
