Lugu Lake, Lijiang trip (2 days)

Lugu Lake (泸沽湖） it was a far way to arrive there from Lijiang ancient town. I only remembered I was sleeping all way through, but every time I woke up, we hadn’t arrived🥲 climbed 5 mountains, took 4 hours, we finally arrived Lugu Lake! Pic 1️⃣ on the way to Lugu Lake, we can see Jinsha River(金沙江). Love this turquoise green! Pic 2️⃣-3️⃣ Lugu Lake viewing platform. There was super crowded, I went on the workdays, couldn’t imagine if it is in weekends or holiday... but the most disappointing thing is, there’s a row of trees blocking the view! Very difficult to shoot nice pictures there. So if you are driving on this trip, wouldn’t recommend you to go there to see the view. You can definitely stop by somewhere to get the better views. Pic 4️⃣-5️⃣ Boat tour in Lugu Lake. it took around 1 hour to finish the trip. Water is very clean and clear, many birds were following us for food Pic 6️⃣ Beach of Lugu Lake, in the morning Pic 7️⃣ another side of the Lake. ⚠️ warning if you want to stay in the hotel near by the Lake, it is not necessary to book the Lake view rooms. You won’t get a nice view from room, pointless to waste money.
