Best of all, there's a local favorite, Yushanfang, a beef hotpot restaurant nearby! This place is definitely a hidden gem in Lijiang's culinary scene! 🔥Yushanfang 📍Address: Near the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town (just a few hundred meters from the Mushanyuan Qieman Garden Hotel) 🕒Opening Hours: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM 💰Per Person: 80-120 RMB I can't recommend enough about their beef! It's incredibly authentic, supposedly made from fresh, local beef. 🐂The beef sashimi is absolutely amazing! The thin slices of meat, dipped in a special sauce, are incredibly sweet and smooth, with absolutely no fishy smell at all! Anyone trying raw beef for the first time will love it! The hot pot base is also very sophisticated, with both clear and spicy broth options available. I recommend warming your stomach with a bowl of clear soup before dipping the meat. The restaurant also offers a few side dishes, which are perfect with the beef.
