I found a fantastic hotel where you can relax and gaze at 13 snow-capped mountains while your kids run wild. This mountain-view hotel near Baisha Ancient Town is a real winner: - From the room window, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. No need to crowd the observation deck for morning photos of the sunrise over Golden Mountain. You can take photos in your pajamas. - A dedicated family play area allows parents to relax in the adjacent café while their kids play (the hotel's dirtiness paired with the snow-capped mountain views is incredible!) - Children's breakfast is provided (please inform the front desk in advance about allergies), and there are children's books in the second-floor cafe. - For stays of two consecutive nights, you can choose to be picked up from the airport or the station once, and refreshments are provided upon check-in. 📸 Family Travel Photography Itinerary: Effortless Photography Without Rushing Day 1: Relaxing in the Hotel for Stunning Photography Morning: Taking the kids to the sunflower fields at the hotel. Dressed in light-colored outfits (I chose a beige sweater), I captured them catching crickets and grasshoppers and playing with bubbles with their dad. Afternoon: On the second-floor terrace, I let the kids swing in their dad's arms. The photographer shot the photo from the side, with the snow-capped mountains right behind them. The original photo went viral. Day 2: Light Hike + Baisha Ancient Town Morning: We went to the hotel's recommended trail behind Baisha Ancient Town. It's a low-level hike, lasting one hour. Along the way, there are small wildflowers and wooden fences. Let the kids pick up pine cones as props for some natural photos. Afternoon: Visit the Dongba culture in Baisha Ancient Town and learn about Naxi culture. Day 3: Morning photoshoot + return trip. 7:00 AM: Take photos of the sunrise over the Golden Mountain from the hotel rooftop. Wrap the kids in a red poncho. The photoshoot with the snow-capped mountains is so atmospheric.
