Enshi, Hubei - Tenglong Cave

A great place to visit in summer, Tenglong Cave Tenglong Cave is located in Lichuan City, Enshi, Hubei, only six kilometers away from the city center. It is currently the largest explored karst cave in China. Upon entering, you will first pass through a water cave, where the Qing River bursts into the cavern, creating a 20-meter drop with thunderous sounds, as if a dragon is swallowing the river. The dry cave has a total length of 59.8 kilometers, with an entrance 74 meters high and 64 meters wide, making it the largest dry cave in Asia. The temperature inside the cave remains constant at 14-18°C throughout the year, with good air circulation. Transportation Self-driving: Navigate to Tenglong Cave Visitor Center from Enshi Visitor Center Plane: Choose a flight to Enshi Xujiaping based on your departure location, then transfer from Enshi to Lichuan Tenglong Cave Precautions 1.
