Lian Yun Gang: A Glimpse of the Vast Sea

There are also direct tourist shuttle buses to popular attractions. Day 1: Lianyun Gang Station → Hai Shang Yun Tai Mountain → Lianyun Gang Old Street Day 2: Watch sunrise at Yangwo Tou → Liandao → Watch sunset at Xiliandao 「Hai Shang Yun Tai Mountain」 Take the sightseeing bus up the mountain effortlessly, then stroll along the scenic mountain trails to enjoy breathtaking views of the endless sea and mountain landscapes. (Make sure to visit on a sunny day!) The area features large European-style buildings with a retro vibe, perfect for photography. There’s also a snack street where you can eat while exploring. This island is truly a hidden gem for me! If not for this trip to Lianyun Gang, I wouldn’t have known there’s such a treasure island in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area. Main attractions include Dashawan Beach and Sumawan Beach, where you can play in the water. Sea suspension bridge, coastal highway, sunrise lighthouse... It really rivals other coastal cities! For those who love photography and exploration, I recommend walking along the seaside boardwalk from Dashawan to Sumawan. The 2.5km journey offers stunning scenery.
