Alsophila Valley - Explore Dinosaur Footprints

Alsophila Valley is located in Xiba Town, Wutongqiao District, named for the more than 50,000 Alsophila plants that grow in the valley. Alsophila, contemporaneous with dinosaurs, has a history of 200 million years and is a national first-class protected plant, known as the 'panda of the plant world'. Entering the Alsophila Valley, one can see tens of thousands of Alsophila plants forming layers of 'green umbrellas', casting a deep and enchanting shade over the valley. The air inside the valley is fresh, the climate is cool, the rock cliffs are rugged, and the stream water is gurgling, making it a refreshing and delightful place. The valley is full of negative oxygen ions. There are many mysterious natural and cultural phenomena in the valley that are very enchanting. Watch out for mosquitoes, bring your own simple meal, and there are also stalls selling fried potatoes in the valley. We entered through Gate 1 and exited through Gate 2. The exit at Gate 2 leads to a cement road, which is easier to walk on! However, before reaching Gate 2, passing through the 'Nine Turns' can still be a bit 'foot-weary' 😀
