Chapel on the hill ⛪️

In the town center, there is a chapel (Rocher Saint-Michel d'Aiguilhe) that you can climb up the rock mountain along the 268 steps. There are frescoes and a Romanesque relic box. When I climbed up this chapel that was created by volcanic activity, the cool breeze caught my eyes along with the Le Puy town, the iron statue of the Virgin Mary, and the Le Puy Notre Dame Cathedral located on the mountainside. #France #Le Puy #Cathedral
