Lauterbrunnen is located in a valley where there js the Lauterbrunnen waterfall about 300m high and you can hear the loud roar of the waterfall from a distance away. For an outdoor and hiking enthusiasts 1 day in this town isn't enough due to the many activities situated all around Lauterbrunnen, simply because there is the staubbach falls hike, the murren hike and the trummelbach hike.
