A Beautiful Swiss Town with 72 Waterfalls: Lauterbrunnen

Can you imagine what a town with 72 waterfalls would look like? During this Swiss trip, although we didn't climb the Jungfrau, we did visit the waterfall town at the foot of the Jungfrau, Lauterbrunnen. Visiting in the summer is absolutely refreshing! The most distinctive feature of Lauterbrunnen, besides the numerous waterfalls, is how the waterfalls are integrated into the daily life of the town. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at an outdoor café with a waterfall as your backdrop! Waterfalls are everywhere, which is pretty cool. The U-shaped valley, distant snow-capped peaks, and waterfalls cascading down the cliffs on both sides make for beautiful photos. Staubbachfall is one of the more famous waterfalls, standing at 300 meters high, with a spectacular plunge. Lauterbrunnen is not a large town, but it is definitely worth a stop. You can treat it as a rest stop, leisurely enjoying a cup of coffee in the waterfall town before heading to your next destination.
