The former site of Zhugexia Pawnshop is located on the east side of No. 6 Xiatang Road, Zhuge Village, Zhuge Town, Lanxi City. It has five floors in the floor plan, faces south and north, covers an area of ​​164.34 square meters, and is a Qing Dynasty building. The front eaves of the building have double eaves, decorated with flowers and plants, dripping water, lattice windows as enclosures, and diagonal corbels. The main house's downstairs is supported by cross beams and has a wall-mounted door. The beams on the upper floor are of through-beam type. Drum-shaped column base, tiled floor, and gable roof. The building was originally a pawnshop, but has now lost its function and is open to the public for visits. It has high cultural relic value. The building is now used as the "Fanke Cultural and Creative Base". National key cultural relic protection unit.
