Langzhong Confucian Temple

Confucian temples are dedicated to Confucius. Local Confucian temples are also local government schools that teach Confucianism, also known as Confucian schools. Langzhong originally had the Baoning Prefecture Confucian Temple and Langzhong County Confucian Temple. The county Confucian Temple was originally located in the northern suburbs of the city, moved outside the east gate during the reign of Emperor Chongzhen of the Ming dynasty, and moved here during the reign of Emperor Xianfeng of the Qing dynasty. It was later damaged many times, but the foundation, screen wall, and Dacheng Hall survived. It was fully restored in 2013. The architecture reflects the fixed pattern of Confucian temples and has the regional characteristics of Langzhong. It is a temple for worshiping and inheriting Confucian culture.
