Langfang Museum

During the Warring States period, Langfang was located in the south of Yan. King Zhao of Yan attracted talents and strengthened the nation, leading to the gradual enlightenment and development of the Langfang area. Our ancestors settled here to cultivate the land and smelt iron to forge swords, reaching a level of social evolution comparable to that of Qi and Zhao. After the unification of China by the Qin and Han dynasties, counties such as Anci, Wen'an, Dongping Shu (now Dacheng County), and Fangcheng (now Gu'an County) were established in succession, officially coming under the jurisdiction of the central government. Influenced by the civilization of the Central Plains, Langfang continued to prosper and progress. However, the turmoil of the Western Jin Dynasty and the conflicts of the Northern Dynasties cast a heavy shadow over the fertile lands of southern Yan. I originally thought Langfang was just a small city, but I didn't expect to find that it already had records during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, and many cultural relics have been left behind.
