Wat Phra That Doi Phra Chan, located atop Doi Phra Chan in Mae Tha District, Lampang Province, is a popular tourist attraction. It boasts beautiful architecture and a prominent feature, the Big Buddha in Japanese style. Tourists can reach the temple in several ways: by private car, by songthaew provided by the temple, or by walking up the 628 steps. The temple is open from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed daily.
