Even in April, Lake Louise is frozen solid, so you can skate. It's amazing that there's a lot of snow around Australia, and the Fairmont Chateau Hotel next to Lake Louise looks great with the lake. My hands were freezing from taking pictures, but I couldn't miss the certification shot!
