So close, so beautiful… 2 hours direct from Beijing to Guilin

Looking for a nearby place around Beijing to hike without getting too tired and enjoy great scenery? Here you can experience the fun of 🚢 boat rides, hiking, caves, and sightseeing. About a 2-hour drive from Beijing, perfect for a day trip back and forth~ I’ve been to Baishi Mountain before and really liked it⛰️ It’s a great choice near Beijing to see unique peaks and strange rock formations. This place is not far and the scenery is comparable. The hike is easy and not tiring, allowing for a leisurely tour along the cliffside plank road loop, mostly gentle paths. 🍃 Mountains and waters connected, giant rocks and strange peaks, rivaling the scenery of Guilin’s Li River. 📌 Suggested itinerary: Scenic area main entrance ➡️ Jinpo Pier / Jingu Pier / Dam Pier ➡️ Laozi Peak ➡️ Circular mountain plank road ➡️ Boat ride off the island It’s recommended to board the boat at Jinpo or Jingu Pier, as these piers are larger. If you go during holidays, be prepared for possible waiting times on the way there or back!! A hidden gem worth visiting many times.
