There is usually a free art show when I visit the light-up stairs near the top floor. There are many places to eat, but secure a seat/reservation at one before meal-time rush times (if possible). It's a massive station. WiFi is available and washrooms are very clean and accessible. There is a small mall there and so many restaurants.
