From Chion-in Temple to Shirakawa River... and the leisurely stroll through Maruyama Park

The overwhelming joinery makes me feel more moved every time I see it. The autumn leaves at Sanmon Gate were starting to turn a little, but the autumn leaves around Shirakawa were still green. I was nervous as I crossed the precarious 40cm stone bridge, but the babbling of the river soothed me. It's also fun to stroll around Kyoto's old and modern architecture from a different angle, so I recommend it. At the end, I had a course meal of yudofu and yuba at Isobe and enjoyed Kyoto on a mild autumn day. Hashiba's yuba near Kodaiji Temple seems to be a sister store of this one. Hashiba's souvenir yuba is delicious. It's plentiful for 1,100 yen, so I recommend it.
