Kitano Tenmangū Shrine 北野天満宮

If you are visiting the area, there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. It is well worth a visit. This Shrine is very nice and worth visiting. It is more a complex of shrines that are decorated with lanterns and brass coverings. The complex is beautiful because there are purple plum trees blooming and really makes it fun to walk through. It is free to enter.
