The warm sauce is the perfect dish for winter. ✔ Dashi Chazuke with Yaki Tachiuo Yuan Yaki The dashi soup for the dashi chazuke got cold, so I regret not eating it first 😢 The fragrant tachiuo and dashi soup made it easy to eat even though I was full! ✔ Monkfish Kyoto-style white miso hotpot The first time I tried monkfish, the flesh was plump 💕 The white miso soup, typical of Kyoto, was really delicious!
