#freehotelstay Positive: hotel staff is amazing, knowledgeable, efficient, they made my stay. My room was nice and quiet, but lacked character. Aircon in the room is very quiet and efficient. Bed is comfortable. Gym is tiny, but adequate. Quality food. Beautiful new hotel in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are very nicely appointed with high end cabinetry and finishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection. The pool / spa area has multiple saunas and a nice fitness center.
