Dining in Kwun Tong | Pentola | Must-try handmade pasta and mocktail

There are so many restaurants in Kwun Tong. Apart from APM and industrial buildings, there are also many choices in #Yuminfang. #Wofuandshrimpcakes I recently visited Pentola, located on the third-floor garden terrace. The large floor-to-ceiling windows greatly enhanced the restaurant's sense of space. We ordered the daily dinner set menu for two (starting from $368). The soup for today's meal was tomato cream soup, which had a natural tomato flavor and a slightly sour taste, and was very appetizing. The appetizer of white anchovy and eggplant puree on toast was crispy and the pureed eggplant was very fresh. Appetizer 2 was a platter of Italian air-dried ham. The air-dried ham was not too salty, and it was served with grapes instead of melon, which turned out to be quite tasty. The set meal costs NT$88 to add the #freshmussels with fennel wine sauce, which originally costs NT$128. The mussels are larger than expected and are smaller but fresh. The sour toast is crispy on the outside and absorbs the soup. The texture is a bit like fried dough sticks. #FreshBostonLobsterPasta (+$100)'s #handmadepasta is chewier and more juicy than regular pasta, worth a try. Half a split lobster is not too small, and the lobster claws are already fleshed out, making it very easy to eat. The meat is chewy and of good quality. #GarlicWhiteWineClamPasta (+$50) has plump, tender and juicy clams. Add 38 yuan to add dessert #tiramisu, the ratio of coffee and wine flavor is just right, and the bottom layer is relatively moist. As for the drinks, you can choose black coffee, lemon tea or cola. I ordered iced lemon tea for both the waffles and shrimp cakes. The House Blend Tea is indeed different from other teas, with a unique tea aroma. We also ordered two #Mocktails. The waffle Mystical Rosa ($88) was top-notch, with distinct layers of color. The rose ice was made from apple roselle tea, and the yellow color at the bottom came from mango juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. I was reluctant to mix them together. For shrimp cakes, I ordered the Golden Hawaii ($68), which is made with coconut milk, lemon juice and pineapple juice. The first sip tastes like coconut and lemon, and after stirring it, it tastes like coconut and pineapple.
