Every year, the red-billed gull comes to the warm spring city of Kunming from the distant Siberia for winter. It has been 33 years since 1985 and has never been interrupted. The Haitang Dam on the banks of the Dianchi Lake in Kunming is the most concentrated place for seagulls.
