Dali, how do you…

How can you be so beautiful?! My desire to go to Dali has reached its peak recently, so I've compiled a Dali travel guide for your reference. We met up in Kunming, our first stop. I wouldn't recommend the accommodation (not very clean). In the evening, we ate at Sanpang Border Canteen (p5). The dried chili pork belly, lemongrass ribs, mashed potatoes, and chicken rice porridge were all highly recommended. We also had fruit salad, but I didn't like it, haha. Day 2 - We went to Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls at noon (p2-p3). In the evening, we went to Dali and chose to stay in a guesthouse in Dali Old Town. The rooms were fully automated, and our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains (p14). After dropping off our things, we ate mushroom hot pot across from the guesthouse (p6, so-so). After dinner... After strolling around the ancient city, we returned to our guesthouse to rest. Day 3—On the third day, we rented a car and went to Erhai Lake. Erhai Lake is divided into the west and east sections. We went to the west section first. The route was from Longkan Wharf (navigation: "Sunshine Convenience Store")—Caicun Wharf—Xiabo—Langqiao—Xizhou Ancient Town. It was a cloudy day, but still very photogenic (p9-p12). Day 4—Unfortunately, it rained on the fourth day. We didn't go out until 3 or 4 pm. It was drizzling the whole time. We took a tricycle to Fengyangyi Village. There weren't many people that day because of the rain (p13), so it wasn't a great time for photos. We walked around for a while and then went back. In the evening, we ate Dai-style hand-grabbed rice (p78), which was pretty good. It's suitable for those who want to take photos. Day 5—We happened to be there during the March Street Market (p15). The whole street was very lively, with most of the vendors being locals selling homemade snacks and jewelry. It was a great place to browse. We went to the Haidong Loop in the afternoon, but since we were going to Kunming that evening and were worried about running out of time, we just took some photos at Xingsheng Bridge and headed back. Overall, I had a very good experience in Dali; it's a great place for a long-term stay, and I'll definitely go again if I have the chance. Okay! Feel free to leave any questions in the comments section—I'll reply to them all. You can also message me if you need travel tips.
