Kunming Daguan Park Spring Festival Lantern Fair (Part 8)

The 2025 Spring Lantern Exhibition at Kunming Daguan Park is truly breathtaking, like a dream. The lantern fair is divided into five main themed sections, including "Glorious China · Ode to the Era," "Distant and Brilliant · Beauty of Yunnan," "Landscape Scroll · Colorful Yunnan," "Everlasting · Window of Art," and "Vibrant Spring City · Trendy Playland." Nearly 70 lantern groups and lighting points are displayed, including 13-14 large lantern groups over 10 meters tall, atmosphere lantern groups covering 5,000 square meters, lighting on more than 2,600 trees, and over 10,000 lantern ornaments. Featured lantern groups include the auspicious "God of Wealth Arrives," the festive "Hand-painted New Year," and the "Dianchi Heart Gesture" showcasing the scenery of Dianchi Lake. Some lantern groups incorporate Yunnan ethnic elements, such as the "Ashima" lantern group.
