This winter, gift a flower crown to your loved one at Kunming's flower market. 🚩Travel Route It's a great idea to combine your trip with Yunnan's major tourist destinations: Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La. Furthermore, trains connecting Kunming to Southeast Asia are very popular with backpackers. With China's visa-free policy extended, it's easy to cross into Laos or Vietnam after your trip in China. Visiting Cuihu during the day means you'll encounter countless seagulls. 🏠Recommended Accommodations Kunming, as a major transportation hub in Yunnan, offers numerous hotels. Many people stay in the hotel complexes around the station. With so many options, it's easy to find something within a reasonable price range. 🥘Food We recommend Yunnan noodles or tofu dishes. They're easy on the stomach and good for your health. Barbecuing at night on the street is also a great way to spend a meal. Mushroom hotpot is a popular dish throughout Yunnan. 💡Caution Beware of the temptations of the night around hotel complexes. Do not engage in any illegal activities.
